My old mate Johnny (aka Sven) came to visit us in London and had a spare weekend for us to have some outdoor fun. I thought some mountain biking on the South Downs Way in Southern England would quench our thirst for adventure and fitness. So after a massive night on the booze, we had a slow start and made our way down. What a weekend lay ahead.
One hour into our cycling, we came across a hill which is well known for its paragliding. At the time we arrived there must have been about 20 or so paragliders in the air and another 50 on the ground preparing to ‘head up’. So we found this kiwi bloke and got talking to him about the concept, and before you know it he was offering to take us up. The photos tell the story.
Oh, and we ended up in Worthing showing the locals how it is done Johnny’s style!
