The AROC Central Coast AR was a sprint adventure race that was around 6 hours long and a lot of fun for some amateur adventure racers like the Johnnys. The Central Coast of NSW put on a stunning day and we threw ourselves into the best that Australia adventure racing has to offer.
I forgot where we finished in the race, but I may as well note that we nailed the 5km kayak.
