Coveathlon – A Fun Mini-Duathlon Series in Newport

Coveathlon is a local duathlon series based in Newport Dunes just off the back bay in Newport Beach. For me to participate in a fun local race on a Thursday evenin in the latter part of the SoCal summer was a real treat.

The first race was a bit of a shock and a real lung buster, with the pace furious and many top triathletes participating and using it for race prep. But got the job done and then backed it up a few weeks later with another race. Can’t wait for more in 2022!
