Fat & Frozen 2 – Electric Boogaloo
I’ve always wanted to try Fat Biking so thought the best way was to throw myself right into it head first and sign up to a fat bike race. 718 Cyclery is one of NYC’s top bike stores and run a number of local races each year in Cunningham Park in Queens.
Fat & Frozen 2 – Electric Boogaloo is NYC’s only Fat Bike race. Although the 2017 edition didn’t have any snow to race on, the Fat Bikes are designed perfectly to gobble up the awesome trails of Cunningham Park. I enjoyed the race immensely and impressed with the Fat Bike as a machine. I think I now need to buy myself a Fat Bike.
