Running the 100km Trailwalker

The Oxfam Trailwalker is a 100km challenge across the UK’s famous South Downs Way. When the boys out it out there I thought I’d spice it and threw down the gauntlet. ‘Why don’t we run it?’ Then is was settled and we embarked on a training session to help us achieve our goal of running the 100km Trailwalker.

A big thanks to Mick Davies who provided awesome support throughout the event, notably the beers at the finish line.
