The OC Half Marathon

My training and race partner Mark Schulein pinged me on a Saturday afternoon and asked if I would join him for the OC half-marathon that was happening then next day. Even though I was injured on several fronts I said YES and we signed up that day.

We finished together around 1 hr 55 mins which we thought was not to bad for a couple of old boys with multiple injuries.
